Delta
Distributors Group (DDG) warranties that all orders are free of defect.
If a customer receives defective goods, DDG will either credit or replace
any items returned as defective, if the customer returns the product
as specified in the Return/Shortage Policy (see below).
All goods must be
paid for prior to shipment. DDG accepts all major credit cards.
Corporate orders,
or orders placed by purchase order, to be billed to a corporate entity,
must be pre approved by DDG and the corporate entity. As all prices on the website are considered "cash" prices, orders which are billed maybe subject to a processing fee to be determined by DDG.

Return/Shortage
Policy
Defective goods
may be returned for credit or exchange. All returns must be authorized
and be accompanied by a return authorization number. Please contact
DDG to report any defects or shortages within 48 hours of receipt.
